Calibration process:
(note trottle trim should be at the center point)
1.  Turn on remote
2.  Apply full throttle
3. Turn on ESC
4. Wait a few seconds for a set of beeps
5. Apply full brake
6. Wait a few seconds for a set of beeps
7. Apply netral postion
8. Wait a few seconds for a set of beeps
9. Disconnect the battery
10. Plug battery in to play!
